GymnasiumThe Unique Layout of the Stables gymnasium provides both character and an air of privacy, both members and hotel guests are welcome to use the state of the art fitness equipment.
The original stalls date back to 1905. These stalls now house the individual resistance weight machines. |

The specialised cardiovascular area is ideal to achieve maximum results from your individual designed fitness programme. The programmes are tailored for you by our full qualified, friendly staff.
The Stables is the perfect place to combine cardiovascular work, resistance weight machines and free weight exercises for an all-round work out. |
Swimming PoolsThe Stables 15.5 metre swimming pool and pool area is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a session in the gymnasium.
The fully heated pool area comprises of a hot tub, swim in Jacuzzi, luxurious marble steam room, cold plunge pool and two saunas. |

The constant depth of 4ft 6 inches provides the perfect depth for the experienced swimmer, whilst also reassuring for the less advanced.
During the weekend, supervised children are allowed in the pool between 7am and 1.00pm plus bank holidays. Due to the adult only nature of the club, these times are adhered to, ensuring your visit to the stables are always relaxing.

Aerobics Studio The stables has a number of aerobics and fitness classes in a fully air conditioned studio. There are a range of of classes to suit all levels of fitness and exercise intensities.
Attending such a class of aerobics has many great benefits, the main being cardiovascular improvement to your health, and other benefits include toning of the body and the fact that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.
An aerobics class is also the perfect motivation that some people need to continue an exercise programme. |

Stirrups Cafe BarStirrups Cafe Bar is a useful, attractive addition to the facilities at the club. The Cafe Bar is designed to coincide with the original theme and character of the stables.
A selection of quality, fresh, healthy food with a difference is available throughout the day from 9am until 10pm. You can also choose from a selection of dishes from the 'Special' board.
The atmosphere is both friendly and relaxed with an array of fine wines and beers available to members of the gym and public alike. |

After a hard workout, you can relax with a cup of coffee, cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange or a cup of tea, between 7am until 11pm.
