Hayloft Suite


Situated within the Stables the newest addition to our banqueting facilities here at The Bolholt, is The Hayloft Suite.


The Hayloft suite boasts a large open plan dining and party area, ideal for larger wedding breakfasts, formal dinners and dinner dances.

Decorated to highest standards, the luxurious surroundings of the Hayloft Suite also offers guests a separate comfortable lounge area and the advantage of air conditioning throughout, to further add to your comfort.

As with our other function suites, The hayloft offers its own private gardens, private toilet facilities and a large bar area for the sole use of you and your guests throughout your event.

Horseshoe Suite

It has often been commented that an immediate striking feature of the ever popular Horseshoe Suite is the entrance. As you and your guests walk along a private gently sloping path through the beautiful gardens then through the rustic arch marking the entrance the welcoming atmosphere that awaits you sets the perfect scene for your special day.

The Horseshoe suite is famed for its character, most noticeably the traditional theme running continuously throughout the suite, and the uniquely set quieter lounge areas furnished in comfortable leather.

The Horseshoe also features a large dance floor area.

The Horseshoe suite self enclosed, with its own private landscaped gardens, toilet facilities, and has a large bar area at your disposal throughout the day.

Summerfield Suite

The Summerfield Suite is located within the hotel and is is a beautiful room in which to have your wedding reception and civil ceremony.

Immediately the high ceiling and original oak fire place strikes you upon entering the room. The room has its own private lawn on to which you are able spread during the summer months.

This offers you the perfect opportunity to have your photographs and sip your bucks fizz whilst the sun shines on you.

CONFERENCE SUITES

We offer a number of suites, ranging from small syndicate rooms suitable for one to one interviews and small seminars to large open plan suites suitable for large theater style presentations.

The Hayloft Suite

This is the newest addition to our conference facilities. Located within the leisure club this purpose built suite has proved a popular choice for seminars, shows and meetings.

All our conference suites are fully equipped with electrical points, free wireless internet and a direct dial telephone and this has the additional benefit of air conditioning and natural daylight.

The Holcombe Suite

This suite is by far the largest suite that we have and also has the greatest flexibility. The room can be partitioned to form three large conference rooms or the partitions can remain open to be a huge conference room capable of holding up to 450 delegates.

The suite is located within our leisure complex which provides ample car parking and only a short distance to exercise in the gym or chill out in the pool, steam room or sauna.

The suite has got amazing views looking onto Holcombe Hill and Peel Tower and has the additional benefit of air conditioning.

The Blake Suite

Recently redecorated this room is classed as our executive conference suite.

The size of the rooms lends itself to the smaller conference of up to 20 delegates. With its sumptuous leather chairs, leather blotters and flexible table plans and wireless internet it offers you a lot!

Conference Packages

Equipment such as Flip charts, OHP and screen and a TV and video can be provided as part of your conference package. Further to this our experienced conference managers will do their utmost to obtain any other equipment you may require, for example a LCD projector, on request at the time of booking your conference.


We offer conference packages tailored to suit the individual clients needs. Therefore room hire charges are set depending on the clients food and beverage needs and also the size of the conference.

A popular option is the day and residential deligates rates we offer, these are inclusive of room hire charge and V.A.T. Please find below typical rates offered.
