Candles Restaurant

The hotel's exclusive Candles Restaurant is locally famous for its traditional home cooked food using only fresh produce. The décor is in keeping with the Tudor-style theme with traditional beamed ceilings and enjoying panoramic views over the Rossendale Valley.

Our head chef carefully prepares the tempting cuisine, Guest have a wide choice of menus to choose from including a extensive wine menu.

We are also open for Sunday lunch offering a five course meal which is excellent value for money and makes it the perfect day out for every one. Prices start from just £10.95 and are half price for children.

Whether it is formal or a relaxing meal the Candles Restaurant will make any occasion special, our restaurant caters for everyone.

Leisure

The Old Mill Leisure Club comprises of all the correct elements anyone needs to enhance their lifestyle and wellbeing. The Club has a fantastic gym area with cardio-vascular and resistance equipment. The modern equipment will help you achieve an improved level of fitness or toning in a variety of ways, all of which can be demonstrated and explained by our instructors.

Coupled with this is the solarium that can give you that base tan before you go away or a natural healthy glow in the gloomy months of winter.

The pool area is packed with facilities that make it an extremely pleasant area in which to relax and unwind. The pool itself is fully heated, has a shallow and deep end, also great for some swimming exercise.

Within the pool area is also a steam room, sauna and spa pool. These are all geared up for your enjoyment. Just sit back, relax and let the stresses flood away. Throughout the pool area are loungers for you to simply rest on in the comforting warmth of the pool area. The popular option is the day and residential rates we offer, these are inclusive of room hire charge and vat, typical rates are £25.00 day delegate rate or £99.00 24hr delegate rate.
