I cannot put into words how grateful my husband and I are for the wonderful way in which you organised their wedding day. From the start on the Friday evening when we came in with the seating plan we were helped and ably assisted by Dan, he is obviously a kind and helpful person. On the actual day Jonathan and his staff were really first class. The young people were exceptional in their manner, demeanour and the way they served us. To Darren, on the 1st of June we had the pleasure of holding our wedding reception in the Hayloft Suite and are writing to express out sincere thanks to you and all your staff at the Bolholt for making our special day that bit more special. You were true to your word that we need not worry about anything on the day, from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out of the beautiful bridal suite we felt like royalty with nothing being too much trouble.
The standard of service both at the meal and at the bar afterwards was first class, as was the food itself.
We had guests over from New York, Australia and many from Ireland and they have since commented on how helpful and polite they found the hotel staff and how lovely a place it was. (We even got the weather!) So once again thank you very much it really was fantastic and please pass our thanks on to the rest of the staff. Best wishes to you and the Bolholt for the future and we hope that we will be able to be there again (for somebody else) in the not too distant future.

Dear Sir/Madam, on the 7th March this year my husband and I attended Bev and Mikes wedding at your hotel. I wanted you to know that we have never enjoyed a wedding as much in our lives as we did that day. The food was absolutely delicious and the mushroom soup was perfection. Does you chef allow outsiders to have a recipe for that? I would really appreciate being able to make it at home. The whole meal and supervision of same was ideal. Al you staff should be commended for their excellence.
I do hope that we are invited to another wedding at your hotel, but next time we shall stay the night to enjoy what I am sure would be a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much for a lovely day and evening. The entertainment was superb too; with music to remember and a disc jockey who spoke clearly (I did not know they existed)
